Prices excluding VAT, per user per month. Two months free with the annual commitment. Our benchmarks are public, further down this page: each price is set next to the managers you already know, and a test in our catalogue rejects any price that would step outside them.
Cercle

What we get asked before signing.
Why a minimum number of users?
Below five seats, onboarding and the first support call cost more than the year's subscription. We would rather say so than make it up elsewhere.
What happens if we leave?
Your vaults stay accessible for thirty days for export, from the application, on your workstation. Then they are destroyed, backups included. We cannot read them, so we cannot hold on to them either.
Do you charge a setup fee?
No. The market's managers don't, and "market price" tolerates no asterisk. Migrating a complicated legacy — a thousand-line spreadsheet, a KeePass with ten vaults — is offered separately, on quote, if you wish.
Can we switch plans?
At any time, in either direction. The rate changes the following month; the history stays.
Where is the data?
In France, on a server we operate with a French hosting provider, with encrypted off-site backups — in France too. No processor outside the European Union.
Is there an on-premise version?
No. We host, that is our trade, and it is what lets us hold these prices. If your data must be isolated from other clients', that is Citadelle: your own server and your own database, on our side. If your policy forbids any external hosting, we are not the right choice — and we will tell you.
Why does Citadelle cost the same per seat as Forge?
Because the "market price" rule applies to the whole catalogue. What pays for the dedicated instance is the twenty-five-seat minimum — a machine that size costs about ten euros a month, and twenty-five seats cover ten times that. The rest pays for priority support and migrating your existing data.
